Well, since the government gets up to 50% of everyone's income, I would say that it's pretty efficient. I wish I could say that it was spent wisely. However, the Turkish, Russian, Bosnian and other refugees getting free money just for coming to Germany and leaching off of the welfare system for absolutely nothing changes my opinion of that.



Back to the question....



The German government is very good at getting their money. It seems that they literally flip everyone upside down and shake them until their pockets are empty. But, I do like their social system a lot better. It takes care of the people.... but almost rewards slackers for doing nothing.
